End Range Loading
End Range Loading may be used on patients with disc derangement syndromes (slipped or bulged discs). The gel center of the disc can creep out of its normal position becoming deranged, bulged or herniated. This creates pain that can radiate to adjacent areas of the body. End range loading can work to restore normal range of motion through specific repetitive motions focused on decreasing derangement and restoring blood supply to affected tissues thereby promoting healing.
